Danny is from Alabama and started playing guitar and singing at age twelve with a strong love of country music. His early influences were Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Conway Twitty, and George Jones. As he grew older he came to enjoy the newer folks on the scene like, Hank Jr., Randy Travis, Alan Jackson, and his personal favorite, George Strait.  Danny got his first paid music experience at age 19, playing night clubs as lead singer and rhythm guitar player in a band formed by his oldest brother, and it has been a way of life ever since.
       He has played with many different musicians in country, rock, and pop bands, and now plays with a fantastic group of guys which they call “Infinity”.  Playing, music festivals, private and corporate parties, charity events, and of course a few night clubs on occasion. Trying to play a good variety of music, their song list contains a large variety of country and rock, both new and old, many pop songs, some old disco tunes, some alternative music, and of course some of  their own songs and music. Danny and some of the groups he has played with over the years have opened for such groups as, Foghat, The Kentucky HeadHunters, Wade Hayes, Keith Harling,  Hank Jr’s Bama Band, The Drifters, and Atlanta Rhythm Section.
     Danny has been writing songs for a several years now and says the recording part of this is almost as fun as performing the songs live. Except you don’t get that rush of adrenaline that you get when you walk on stage!
     Danny has a lovely wife, Jennifer, or “Lucy” as he calls her, and two great children,
Adam, and Amy. He says they are what really makes his world turn.
