MOMENT IN TIME


At one precise moment in time, 
God's angel came without a sound,
Searching for that special one,
It was you Nanny, that she found!

It was that one moment in time, 
That ripped our hearts in two,
A special place in our hearts,
That was meant for only you!

Now in this one moment in time,
How we all wish we could go back,
If only it could be as before,
Sadness on our faces we would lack.

But it is not our place to question, 
This moment in time so very sad,
When God came and called you home,
Gently saying,"Come and be glad."

So we will hold your memory dearly,
In all our hearts a special place,
Until that precious moment in time,
When again we will see your face!
