My Parents

This page is dedicated to the two who put me into this world. Thanks a lot to them, they have been the best support I could ever have wished for. I love you guys.

My Mom

Her name is Inge Smidt, and she is 45 years old. She works as a kindergarten teacher. My mom likes to quilt and she makes a lot of patchwork things. She also likes to play golf, but she doesn't do it as much as she wants to. My mom fears to fly, so my dad and I have to either travel alone or drive by car. She loves The Netherlands and we've been there twice. When we travel, it's always my mom who speaks. My dad and I are too shy (how did we survive in USA??? ). My mom loves tapes and she listens to them when she drives. I think she has over 30 tapes. She also likes to read, and she is very fond of Isabel Allendes and Fay Weldon.

My Dad

His name is Per Knudsen and he is 46 years old. He is the managing director of Opel in Kolding. He has also sailed around the world in his young days. He likes to play golf (together with my mom), and he also thinks he doesn't do it enough. My dad also likes to play soccer, but he has a bad knee, so he plays with the Old-Boys. My dad likes to travel, and I've been to USA and the Seychelles with him. Not so long ago he went to Marocco. My dad likes Dire Straits and Queens, but he hardly ever has the time to listen to them. When my dad gets old, he wants to collect model cars. When there's either boxing or soccer on the television, you can be sure to find my dad in front of it! You can also find him in front of the computer playing racing games.
