Cold and wet,
The rain removes the blossoms;
Flower trees.
On water,
slowly sinking to bottom;
fish nibble.
On walkway,
Trampled by the walkers by;
Unseeing.
On wind wisps,
The lucky ones learn to fly;
Traveling.
In grasses,
Caught in spring’s rebirth of green,
Soft settling.
Flowers lost,
Then what does the rebirth mean?
In casting.
On water,
Or riding on air currents,
Drifts away.
