60.  James Birney Shaw, History of the Tenth Indiana Volunteer Infantry. Lafayette, IN, priv. publ., 1912, pp. 139, 153-156.  Lt. McAdams was killed instantly.  Pvt. Grady was "shot through the upper part of the mouth and subsequently died."  The following are listed as wounded, not killed: Dougherty, Downard, Grady, Ochiltree, Patterson, Timmonds/Timmons, Windiate.
