| Zeek and I on one of our adventurous outdoor hikes. Zeek has been my first dog companion, and still has the heart and energy of a puppy at 11 years old now. About 7 years ago Zeek performed a valiant and heroic deed when he bit a young thug in the knee when he and 3 other would be attackers tried to steal my truck and gardening equipment in the Rialto, CA area. They all were armed with pipes though to their supprise they fled because of Zeek's courageous deed. Zeek past on in the year 2000.
