CONTRACT

1. Registration papers will be privided upon full payment, if check, papers will be forthcoming, as long as check is approved through the bank. Visa/Mastercard accepted. Papers have been applied for but may be delayed for variouse reasons and it is the guarantee of the seller that they will be sent as soon as available from the AKC.
2. Seller warrants that the above described puppy/dog is in good health and has been examined by a Vet, Heart has been listened to, statements concering health,worming,  shots, etc., are provided with this puppy at the time of sale.Buyer warrants that he/she will take the puppy to a vet within 5 days of purchase.
3. Buyer has ten days in which for any reason, puppy may be returned with full replacement of purchase price, excluding any deposits. If said puppy is returned for health reasons, a written statement from the vet must accompany the puppy. Any action taken to return the dog must be taken ONLY with the best interests of the puppy in mind as far as travel to return said puppy to the breeder. Costs of said return are to be the responsibility of the buyer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to return the pup safely. The breeder is not responsible for gas, mileage, meals, hotels, etc. Buyer fully warrants that if for any reason this pup cannot be kept, at any age or time in the future, the puppy will be returned to the seller. The seller must be notified before any other plans are made to sell or otherwise dispose of this dog.
6. Buyer confirms that he/she is not acting as an agent for a broker or pet store in the purchase of this dog. Buyer further confirms that this dog is being purchased as a family companion animal and will spend time within a household environment, not to be exclusivly kenneled outdoors.
7. Buyer must provide appropriate environment for puppy:
        ***maintenance of all health requirements, adequate nutrition for a dog of its weight and size, water, and excersise,(dog must be fed the reccomended food of the breeder or the breeder must be informed if any different foods are fed during the first 18 months.)
        ***a fenced in yard and time spent indoors with  the household (DOG MAY NOT CHAINED)
        ***adequate training in obedience or working/conformation areas (at least ONE obedience or conformation course)
8. Buyer agrees to SPAY or NUETER this animal within 18 months.
9. Buyer agrees to keep the seller apprised of health and other concerns as the dog grows and develops, and also to keep the seller aware of address changes, etc. Buyer will not hesitiate to call the breeder with questions or concerns.....
HEALTH GUARANTEES:
Seller guarantees the dog for eighteen months against clinical hip dysplasia or heart problems. In the event of such problems, the diagnosis must be confirmed by seller`s vet. In the event the dog is euthanized due to  these problems (dog  may NOT be euthanized without prior knowlege of the seller.) or returned to  seller, the purchase price minus the deposit shall be refunded or the dog shall be relaced with another puppy, as decided by the seller. In the event the dog is kept by the buyer, a refund of half the purchase price less deposit will be given to the buyer.
***Buyer agrees to provide care wich will help to PREVENT dysplastic conditions......such as no jumping from heights taller than the puppy at his shoulder, no jogging or "road work" , correct nutricion (do not overfeed) and NO weight pulling or forced exercising until after 18 months of age. *****If it is determined by the vet that the dog is overweight, no refund will be given*****
***Gaurantee is contingent upon the following:
        That the said dog has received adequate nutritional and veterinary care and has been properly maintained (see above) for a dog of its size and weight.
         That the said dog has been examined by a vet and has been diagnosed to have  clinical hip, elbow, or heart problems and that this same diagnosis has been confirmed by my vet.
         That the said dog has not been bred, intentionally or unintentionally.
ALL CONTRACTUAL HEALTH GAURANTEES ARE NULL AND VOID IF THIS DOG IS BRED, INTENTIONALLY OR UNINTENTIONALLY WITHOUT HAVING MET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.

SHOW/BREEDING Contractual agreement:
          This puppy has been sold without limited registration and is to be shown and may be used for breeding. The buyer agrees to the following stipulations:
         1. If the puppy has been evaluated by the seller or a person of the seller`s choice as a PET puppy after the age of two years old, (not to the quality to be shown or has not passed the health requirements) than the buyer will not show  OR breed this dog and the price of the show puppy will be refunded to the price of a pet puppy, and the dog shall be nuetered or spayed.
          2. before the dog is bred, the seller shall be consulted concerning the choice of a mate, and that any offspring ever resulting from this dog, for the lifetime of the dog, shall not be sold through pet brokers or pet stores.
          3. Said dog must be at least 18  months of age or if a bitch shall have passed her third season, before being bred.
          4. Dog shall have attained at least a minimum of three points towards its championship or have attained legs towards a working title before being allowed to breed.
          5. Dog shall have successfully passed OFA, (preliminary OFA), OVC, Penn Hip or GDC certification of hips and elbows before being allowed to breed.
          6. Dog shall have been found to be free of any heart condition.

AGAIN: All contractual agreements are binding and gaurantees are null and void if any part of this agreement is broken without the breeder`s  consent or knowlege.
