RainForest Community Survey

Hi Neighbor,

We are the RainForest Community Leaders, and we are here working for you in an effort to make this community one of the most attractive places for people to visit. With your help,we would like to establish a RainForest Interactive Community Page which contains a survey about the environment. All we ask is that you answer a few questions on the form below so we can publish the answers here in the RainForest. If you prefer anonymity, we will honor that request. Any contribution you would like to make will be greatly appreciated.
