You can change both the messages and the speed of the messages.
To change the message just find where it says notices
and change whats in the quotations to the message you want.
To change the speed find where it says
timer =setTimeout("idleMsg()",1500) and change the number 1500
to the speed you want.
If you want this script just choose "Save Frame As..." (in Netscape) when you have the focus on the frame.
