the bylaws say you have to put together a schedule
of the times and dates and give them to me.

you have not done that yet. 

and until you do that you cant put me on trial.

also you must give me reasonable notice.
one week is not reasonable notice.

while my libertarian lawyer friends
wont represent ash or me for free
they will give me unofficial legal
advice on the side. here is some

   1) one week notice aint enough.
      when you consider your charging
      me with crimes that happened 
      over a year ago, and when you
      have a good number of charges
      against me.

   2) it seems like one of the reasons
      you want to kick me out is because
      im a member of the libertarian party,
      and because i openly display my views
      of the libertarian platform such as
      that all dope should be legalized,
      that all victemless crimes such
      as sex between consenting adults
      should be legalized. the courts
      will probably freak if you do
      that. that would be just as bad
      if you kicked me out cuz i was black
      or mexican.

if you want to kick me out do it according to
the bylaws. if you dont  follow the ash bylaws
i will sue you paul and linda and claudia.

if you dont want to be sued obey the bylaws.
its pretty simple.

also please keep art informed of your actions.
he is still a board member.

ps - craig XXXXXX made some comments on the guy
     with the gray hair and gray beard at the
     meeting he spoke on thomas paine. (he was
     refering to paul) but i wont pass them on
     to you.
