Participating actor instance:        Bob: Customer, Joe: Cashier

Flow of events:                             1. Bob come in to store and after 30 minutes of searching, decided to rent a video.
                                                      2. After pick up his video, "End Of Day", Bob comes to the checkout stand and hands the video to Joe.
                                                      3. Joe took the video and request for Bob's membership card.
                                                      4. Bob hand over the membership card.
                                                      5. At the monitor screen, Joe start the system into checkout mode.
                                                      6. Joe pick up Bob's membership card and scan on the bar code.
                                                      7. System came back with Bob's account information.
                                                      8. Joe check Bob's rental status and he is all good.
                                                      9. Joe then scan in the video that Bob wants to rent.
                                                    10. System came back with a warning on the screen says this is a R rated film, and should not be rent to
                                                          anyone under 18.
                                                    11. Joe found out Bob is only 14 years old.
                                                    12. Joe told Bob that he can't rent the video and hand back his membership card.
                                                    13. Bob left the store with out the video.
