The first thing you need to do is take care of that wolf pack that's roaming around the base. After that's done, pick up the metal pole that's lying a little south of the mine cart. Click and hold your mouse button on the cart until you get the menu. (hand, backpack, skills, etc.) Select the backpack and pick the pole from your inventory. This should have attached the pole to the cart. Repeat the process by clicking on the pole and selecting your backpack. This time, attach some dynamite to the pole. (the timer doesn't have to be set) After those are both attached, click once on the cart to give it a little push.
