Unfortunately, the Book of Counted Sorrows does not exist. In other words, it isn't actually a book. It is just something that Dean Koontz made up to add as 'filler' for his books. At this moment, there isn't any way to get a compilation of these poems(?) without going through his books and writing them down for yourself. That is why I decided to create this section of my website. I don't have nearly all of them since I don't have all of his books yet, but I've listed all that I have and I'll continue to add to it as I find more. I hope you enjoy it and I'm sorry I wasn't able to direct you to an actual book that you could buy.
