Well, that time rolls around again...Seems funny to think that 1/2 my readers are shivering in 6 feet of snow, while I contemplate going to the beach...Still, it could be worse...Could be me under the snow...

I thought that I'd include a favourite New Zealand dessert recipe for this months page...It's called a Pavlova. It's easy to make, tastes delicious and is almost guaranteed to give you diabetes....
