Favorite Books:

There aren't that many books I like at all :P
Only ones I can think of I just read, took me 4 days to read all 3 of them:
Tomorrow, When the War Began
The Dead of Night
The Third Day, The Frost
By John Marsden
I think those are the title names.
Anyway, I thought they were really good, they're a trilogy as far as I know, about teenagers in Australia that go out for a camping trip, and when they come back their country has been invaded and almost everyone else in their town has been taken prisoner. It's mostly interesting because of the depth of the characters.. I'm a little too far removed from that life tho, I can't really imagine what the countryside and houses and stuff they grab supplies from look like. But I enjoyed these books quite a bit.

Besides those, I like reading the Star Wars books.

Favorite Movies:

I have the same problem here as with books, most movies can be entertaining but they just don't seem that great to me most of the time..

I thought Titanic was a very good movie, plenty of 'surface' entertainment value, and still alot of deeper meanings.. keeps you interested in it for 3 hours, and even then it made me want to see more :) One point people in the theatre were sobbing out loud.. I strongly felt like it too, and I'm not one for emotional displays :P I still cried silently, with just some tears.. Anyway, it's the best movie I've seen :)

Well, one I obviously like is 'Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail', because of how funny it is.. I like humourous movies more when they try to act serious most of the time, it helps that it has a medieval theme to it ;)

One I reallly like is 'The Last Unicorn'. I also like 'The Flight of Dragons'. Umm.. I'm not sure why I like them, just do :P Can't explain really.
I love the music from these too..
Here's one song from 'The Last Unicorn', I'm afraid I couldn't upload it as one whole file, it was way too big, and it still took me 10 tries to upload each one as it is... Sorry, but I had to split it.. if you download all 4 and paste them together with some wave utility tho, it sounds flawless.
This is 'Man's Road' from 'The Last Unicorn':
First part
Second part
Third part
Fourth and last part

There's also part of another song, and the song lyrics to all the songs, at Cubbi's The Last Unicorn Page.
Don't bother with the full sound file, it's big and _really_ bad quality.. the partial one is good tho :)
