Anyone signing the guestbook without confirming a rumor they are adding, that rumor will be deleted. The rumors on this page are ones that are actually real rumors that have either been verified to be true or untrue, and not to cause problems. Mortal Kombat 3:the rumors Konintue- There are more rumors about this much anticipated 3rd sequel to the Mortal Kombat series. As it stands, no discussion has been made, at least publicly, about the movie rumored to be set for a 1999 release date. It has been confirmed by reliable sources that one of the rumors: I.E. Robin having a 3 movie contract that he does not want to honor, is FALSE. In fact, according to this reliable source who has not released information on whether or not there even is a signed 3 movie contract, said that Robin would in no way refuse to do the movie if he was asked and under contract to. So the rumors that Robin wants out of the movie are false. But this does not mean there is a movie or that there are no other glitches to it. So far no information has been released to the public. As soon as I know I'll let all of you know. But as it stands, IF there is to be a movie and IF they are using the movie cast, and NOT the cast from the series, and IF they ask Robin to be Liu Kang again, he will. Further information will be given as it is recieved.

Motor Vehicle Rumor- There was a Rumor that Robin had been seriously hurt in a car accident. I was getting a lot of worried emails and well wishers. To dispell the Rumor, Robin is NOT injured, nor has he been recently. He is doing fine. According to the official Robin Shou homepage, Robin himself would like to know where the rumor is coming from.

Speach Rumor- When Trying to purchase one of Robin's movie, Fatal Chase, without the English Dubbing, I asked if that meant that the voice was Robin's real voice. The man on the other line said No. That Most movies made in Hong Kong, for different reasons, are almost always done by voice actors since Most Asian actors can speak only Mandarin OR Cantonese fluently, and not both. And went on to further explain. Then he continued to say, besides that, Robin Can only speak English since he was raised here since a child. That his ability to speak otherwise is totally wrong, and a lot of people have misconseptions about this. This Rumor is UNTRUE. Robin can speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English Fluently. And he does do his own voice in his movies. Whether the copy I wanted to purchase was really his voice, I still have to find out.

Marriage Rumor- According to my brother site Meet Robin Shou, the official Robin Shou site...A fan wrote Robin congratulation him on his marriage. This Rumor is FALSE. Robin is still very much single. *Sigh*

Mortal Kombat TV Series Rumor- This rumor is TRUE. There will be a series, but Robin Shou will not be Liu Kang. Rumor has it, Kid Charmicheal, The one who played Liu Kang for a while in the Live action Mortal Kombat Tour, and who had a role in the series WMAC Masters Quest for the Dragon Star, and Ho Sung Pak, Liu Kang in the video games, and also an actor in the series WMAC Masters... are both up for the role.

Mortal Kombat 3 Rumor- The latest Rumors going around is based on Mortal Kombat 3, the movie. As it stands, this rumors seems to be, for the most part, the real deal. Only the more rumors spred, the more things get out of hand. It Is said that Robin Shou refuses to do Mortal Kombat 3. This can not be true for 2 reasons. One I don't think Robin would give up this movie that helped make him known here in America, and 2, he (Rumor has it) Has signed a 3 movie deal with the makers of Mortal Kombat. In a perfect world, Robin will be able to just walk away from it all and do his own thing no matter what the contract says. We all know this ISN'T a perfect world. Should Robin refuse the movies under contract, I'm sure he'd find himself in court, which I'm sure he'd rather do the movie, than spend time in a court room.
