This movie was about three cops known as the cyprus tigers. One known as "The kid" one was a man who loved his job, but wanted a way back to his wife. The other was a woman crazy guy afraid of water. (Don't ask) These three want to shut down Mr. King's drug and counterfiet opperation. Mr. King has Hired 2 Japanese men (Robin) And his brother to make these counterfiets. Now the two brothers aren't all together. I don't mean they're crazy, well to be a bad guy I guess you have to be that too. I mean they are kind of...well, nerdy. Dorky, geeks, not high in the intellegence department, which makes them kind of lovable scamps. You just want to go up and pinch their cheeks they can be so darn cute. Too bad they have to go and keep making trouble for the Cyprus Tigers.

I love this movie. Robin was a bad guy yes, but he was so darn cute. Especially when being kind of a geek. It made him cuter.   This movie had great Martial arts and lots of humor. Only, Phillip Ko focused too much tape that could have been used on action, on a nude beach scene that was so unessisary that it was an obvious time filler. Cool you're jets guys. we're not talking the looking, or shaped women. And sorry girls no guys in this scene. it's that double standard guys in the movie industry made up. Full frontal nudity of a woman, rated R. Full frontal nudity of a man, rated X or worse now adays. It had to be a guy who made that up. In either case it made men and women alike uncomfortable, and it lasted too long without having any real credence to the plot that it was painfully just for shock value if not only for filling time.
