I was in my Comparative Religions class, and we were just starting to cover the occult and the unexplained. This bred some…um…intelligent conversation. As always.
The talk shifted to the Bermuda Triangle. Rayme didn’t know what it was exactly, so she asked, "What is the Bermuda Triangle?"
We then explained to her that it wasn’t a physical triangle, but a triangle made of islands. My all-knowing teacher summed it up when he said, "It’s just 4 points on a map."
"Wouldn’t that not be a triangle then?"
"Well, that’s what makes it so weird!" he said, realizing his blunder
"I saw a movie about Satan once."
And with that, Mike promptly told us the entire plot to "The Devil’s Advocate". That seem like a normal lesson plan to you?
