Recall how God called
Moses from Earthly pleasure; from a realm of riches He called him.God told him:
"My people cannot be a people of gold. They must be a people of God."
Without
poverty, there can be no salvation.Without
solitude, there can be no enlightenment.God is the
Beloved, you are the lover, but an unfaithful lover cannot sleep in His bed!An unfaithful lover drinks wine with strange men and makes jest about her deception.
Yet you are the deceived: He has your name and all your worth written in the
Book.Submit your clay to the potter's hand, God says, "I will mold you into me, I will fire you with ecstasy, I will harden you with desire for me."
When first your lungs moved, your mouth formed the name of the Beloved.
