Why do drive-up ATM's have brail?

for when a blind guy holds up someone
Because the first personal robots won't have good vision,
but they will have a microsoft touch
for the blind people who are driving around and need money, Duh!
For the blind
To waste money
For people who are struck blind when they find out their balance
for blind drivers
To help you if your lights stop working
Because they are designed by bureaucrats
So the banks won't get sued by cranky, old, blind farts who miss
driving!
In case you hit the curb as you drive up and your airbag inflates
with such force it renders you blind
for antelopes to use
So the blind drivers won't hit them
Duh! So the blind driver can get money !
because if they didn't, it would be discrimination
In case you have a blind passanger that wants to withdrawl money
For people who like to keep their eyes on the road
in case um, well, how the hell should i know?
so you can read the numbers if its really, really dark
Don't you mean 'braille'?
in case you car headlights don't work
have you seen the way people from ohio drive?
In case of blind ATM thieves
for blind drunk people
so that people can ask questions like this one
So we can spend time wondering why
so blind people can get their cash
to give your fingers a nifty massage
Because Pleasure Dots feel goooood
so you can still use the ATM when the sun shines bright on the numbers
For college students who are taking a brail class and need practice
For persons riding a seeing eye horse
So blind people know what they ran into
The driver isn't necessarily the one using it
to keep poeple who want equal rights happy
To help you see better
For the walking blind
so that the guide dog can get some cash
They make only one type of ATM to accomodate all needs
So a blind pasanger in the car can get you gas money
because they want to
Cuz they're made by one company and ALL of them have brail
Two words...Affirmative Action
for deaf people
For the seeing people that can't read
So blind drivers can use the machine, DUH!!
i haven't a clue

for the 'seeing' eye dog, silly!
Because its required by the federal government
