Name: Jeremy Whittaker

Jeremy grew up in a large household where high moral was placed above everything else. While his mother was both caring and understanding for the youth of the day, his father which ended up being the person that raised him the most was very strict towards appearance and social standing. The only thing that appeared to be in Jeremy's life ever since the beginning was studies. He didn't mind it that much, but still longed for a chance to just let loose and have fun.

By the time he hit hight school he was at the top of his class, socially involved enough to enjoy a somewhat normal life. During the higher grades he found his way into sports, especially fencing which he took until graduation. Jeremy graduated at the top of his class and was given a scolarship to the University of Oxford to study law.

While at school he met up with an ecology student from Canada named Jennifer Gavet, and they instantly became two of a kind. She was the type of person that needed adventure, but sometimes got into trouble. He was the type that didn't get into trouble but wasn't too adventurous. They were a perfect match, finding parts of each other that they lacked.

A few years later the two decided to get married, and did so. They were a working couple, so after getting settled down they didn't spend much time together. Though they did have two children, Emily and Peter, Jeremy and Jennifer grew apart. Finally after years of at first slight arguing turning to bitterness and fights between them they got a divorce which caused even more stress upon them both. During the one month period between the court hearings and the final decision by the judge Jeremy knew that he just had to get away from everything for at least a few days. So one day he packed up and headed down to Cairo for two weeks since he had always wanted to see what the desert was like.

December 4, 1999

Three days before he was going to head back and finish the divorce hearings Jeremy was out for a walk, which turned out to be quite a long one. Venturing past the main city limits he found an unusual plant, and while walking by though that the needles from the plant had pricked him. Unfortunately the pain hadn't been from the plant, but from an asp, a very deadly Egyptian snake. Out in the hot sun combined with the snake's toxic venom, there wasn't even the slightest chance.

Destiny

All of these steps in Jeremy's life had been carried out for one purpose only. Unlike most of the others that were taken to be Rapses Guardians at the spur of a moment, the scribe God Thoth knew that this would no be possible. He was patron god to Rath, the Cobra Guardian of Rapses and an understander of the Ancient and powerful magics. It was Thoth's decision ( in case the time arrouse) that if the Gods would use a plan such as this to be prepared, so all throughout Jeremy's lifetime he had been recieving powerful magic bit by bit, to be released and controled when the know-how was there. Though when the transformation was complete Rath had less magic than before, it would soon grow, far more quickly than before.k
