Unfortunately, I heard about Jeff Buckley when he passed away. A young artist that showed so much potential before his flame blew away. I picked up his cd Grace curious for myself to see what he sounded like. Then I heard his voice. The only time I've ever felt so moved by an artist before was Jimi Hendrix.. Jimi Hendrix played his guitar as if they made love. Jeff Buckley just sang with all his heart, soul, and something higher. He made you see all the hope and beauty inside yourself and others. I can't describe how deeply his music has helped me and that's more than anything I could say.

My Review of "Mystery White Boy"

It's been a long time and coming for another posthumous album from Jeff Buckley and this cd delivers and reminds us again how talented he was as a musical presence. His live performances of such favorites as Last Goodbye, Grace, and Dream Brother are all there for Grace fans including the song Grace. There are songs in Mystery White Boy I've heard about but always wanted to listen to like The Man That Got away and Kanga Roo. Another song that has become my favorite is What Will You Say. Mystery White Boy is a live album worth a listen even for people who've never listened to Grace or heard of Jeff Buckley in the first place.
