Independence Day Idea

 Supplies: "Border Buddy" Ruler or Special Cutting Scissors, Statue of Liberty Die Cut, Navy Blue with Stars Colored Paper, Swirl Punch, Flag Sticker, Red Pen

 Special Instructions: Use the "Border Buddy" or scissors to create the edge with the blue and starred paper. Place the die cut and swirls in one corner with the flag sticker. Use a template to cut your pictures out in stars or other patriotic shapes!
