Childhood

Memories often tug at our sleeves, begging us to look back.
And sometimes we oblige.
We are compelled to recall the happy times, the accomplishments, and even the tears of childhood, for those are the experiences that shaped us early in our lives.
Lost in thought we smile and perhaps chuckle a bit, giddy because that silly child still lurks inside.
The executive, the grocery bagger, the circus clown, the meter maid--we are all still children at heart.
Only, our world has gotten smaller--or bigger, depending on your point of view . . .
