and hardware repair for over 400 workstations and 20 laptops under Windows
95, 98, NT, and Novell. Grant user rights for files on servers through
the use of NetWare Administrator, and aid users on network connectivity.
Configure prebuilt workstations with necessary corporate software and handle
several confidential projects.
