Grant user rights for files on servers through the use of NetWare Administrator, and aid users on network connectivity.  Configure prebuilt workstations with necessary corporate software and handle several confidential projects.

Helped the On-site Technician departments by working trouble tickets regarding PC repair, hardware installation, software installation, and network troubleshooting.
Applied Materials - Help Desk Contractor Answered technical support calls for the Help Desk regarding PC, network, and software problems. Troubleshot PC problems and aided customers through the use of personal knowledge and database information.
