Upon That Poem

This page originally was created by my friend Sandra donaldson
I transcribed to here to memorize her friendly encouragements,

When Jiso was a middle school boy he read a poem
that touched his heart and desires. It is paraphrased
here because over the years he has lost the exact
phrasing and cannot remember the author but the
context remains part of his being.

"When June Is Come"

When June is come, then all the day
I'll sit with my love in a scented hay

and'll watch the sunshot palace
that the white clouds built in the breezy sky.

Unseen as we lie in our hay-built home,
She sings and I make her a song

Oh !, life is delightful !
when June is Come.

Our Hearts Remember

Written by Sandra

Our Hearts Remember Those Golden Dreams
And as We Grow Older The More It Seems
We Long to Capture What We Felt Was Denied
No, Stop, You Are Silly Says Our Mind
But The Blessed Parts That Give Us Our Soul
Cherish Those Dreams and Say, You Are Never Too Old
Love Blossoms and Grows in the Depths of Our Souls
So Forever We May Enjoy the Magic We Hold

Jiso's First Poem Below
Jiso remembers as a shy boy walking the fields
after the farmers had reaped the barley. The
barley stalks are stacked and Jiso made a hole
in the stacks to take his rest or to play with.
With that rememberance he writes:

Upon That Poem

by
Jiso
That poem,"When june is come" which
I used to sing missing my puppy love.

Though I can't remember who wrote.
Now I recite that poem alone silently.

Sitting with my love as he bragged,
that was what I longed to...

Making a song for her as he sang,
that was what I dreamed of...

Watching cloud palace the like he admired...
I miss my puppy love and days passed away.

with pretty eyes and shy smile,
walked away along flowery path.

Oh ! my puppy love.
My beloved !

Pardon innocent sin of my youth,
pretended not loving you for shyness.....!

On a june day I miss you again.
reciting that poem remained alike your image.....
