The Coffee Mug Award

I enjoy sitting at my PC with a good hot mug of coffee, surfing the web for good poetry. I do this most anytime but especially on Sunday mornings. When I find a site that has (what I consider) good poetry and is pleasing to the senses, I usually take the time to contact the auther and let them know of the pleasurable experience they provided me. Stephen (my son) at times, will write his poetry and other writings over a cup of coffee.

I then got the idea for the Coffee Mug Award. We (Stephen and I) would issue an award to web sites that provide interesting poetry that meets our criteria. So was born the Coffee Mug Award. Coffee Mug Award Criteria

1. The site must be suitable for a general audience.
Sensuality is acceptable but pornography is not.

2. The site must contain a substantial amount of original poetry.

3. Good web design is a plus, good poetry a must.

4. Sign Stephen's guest book.
