GEOFFREY
They say he's blind and cannot see, But how he sings for you and me. He reads the music by his touch, And sings the words that mean so much.
He joins in singing with wife, Sue, The words and melody ringing true. And all around him stop to hear The words of God proclaimed so clear.
They say he's blind, it cannot be, For he sees more than you and me. His eyes are windows of the soul, And his music makes him whole.
So thank you, Lord, for Sue and Geoff, We never seem to get enough. We love to hear him sing his songs, Inside God's house, where he belongs. |

SLOWER Where is she going? What is she doing? Why is she running so fast? Recovering from illness, she moved to the south -- Her work was a thing of the past
With meetings and parties, family and friends, Her calendar's filled to the brim. She dreams of retirement, the way it should be, Fulfilling her dreams on a whim.
Soft breezes and sunshine call out, gently teasing, The ocean and beach are her friends. The reason she moved here, a constant reminder, Enjoy these before it all ends.
But she will remember, and as time progresses, She wonders what may be in store. But she will be slower and savor her moments, And she will be running no more! |

FIRST LIGHT It's morning and the sky is gray, The rippling waters flow. Beginning of another day, It's Mother Nature's show.
Palm trees swaying in the breeze, The sun climbs in the sky. It touches clouds and starts to tease With slits of gold so high.
Pelicans soon take to flight In search of food to eat. Take wing beneath the early light, The moon and stars retreat.
Waves are lapping on the beach And kissing it with foam. God created these to teach To care for earth, our home. |

WAKE UP CALL It's Monday morning at the pool, and time to exercise. The water feels a little cool, just hear the screams and cries.
The ladies still endure the cold, their bodies are immersed. We watch as ones who are so bold, splash in the water first.
They hold the balls above their heads and start to jump and move. Since just arising from their beds, they're really in the groove.
With jumping jacks and flutter kicks, these ladies keep on going. They twist and stretch and take their licks, it's easier than sewing.
It really is a lot of fun, and seems much more like play. The water glistening in the sun, great way to start your day! |

TURN AROUND
Did you ever try to hug a foot? It's just a little scary. You try to reach around a waist, And find a leg that's hairy.
When we retire for the night, Our pillows face the head. But in the middle of the night, One turns around in bed.
The way we end up sleeping Can be a little funny, Especially whispering to a knee, "You know, I love you, honey!" |

Our cat, Mindy loves bananas and waits for small cut-up pieces of banana for breakfast each morning.
THE CAT WHO LOVED BANANAS My nose is twitching, what's that smell? It's a banana, I can tell!
I climb up on the chair to see If there is anything for me.
I watch as slices fill the bowl-- Please hurry, or I'll eat it whole!
Some people tell you that a cat Would never, ever eat like that!
I say bananas are so sweet, At breakfast, they're my special treat! |
