"Among Thorns" Album Review



I just listened to the debut self-titled album of new group Among Thorns, and thought it was awesome! It's been called "passionate worship", and I have to completely agree with that statement. "Start A Fire", the tenth song on the album, is a beautiful prayer of worship that immediately touched my heart and ushered me into the presence of God Almighty where I gave Him a simple offering of praise. Another song on the album, "Shelter Me", is one I can remember hearing several times on the radio not too long ago. It's a fun, catchy song that easily encourages you to sing along. The music, the lyrics, the message, all tied together makes this one powerful album! I highly reccomend the Among Thorns cd to any and all...it's wonderful!
