The True Tale
John, Molly and Holly were playing baseball outside in the backyard and accidently threw the ball and broke the window in the kitchen. The glass shattered all over the floor. Spot, John's dalmation started to growl and bark.
"I want to go to a quieter place", George Butler said. So George went to his home office and started to edit what he wrote. It was nice and quiet there that George fell asleep. He was such in a deep sleep that he dreamt;
Once upon a time there was a "True Tale". The boy said, "Why don't you call it a nice fairy tale name like; Cinderella, The Princess And The Frog"?, but the writer said, "I like the name so leave me alone and shut the door behind you, "OK", now go away", the man said, "Or else I will call the police on you and tell them that you are harrasing me, now go away". The boy left and shut the door behind him like he was told to.
George Butler was such in a deep sleep, he woke in his dream and he was a cartoon person. He got up and fell back down into his chair because he did not know how to walk like a cartoon. He tried again and he got use to it.
George heard a really loud knocking noise and it was a Woody-Woodpecker pecking on the outside wall of the house. George woke up and heard Gary the carpenter hammering in the kitchen and Rebecca cleaning up the mess that the children, John, Molly and Holly made by playing baseball where the ball had went through the window and landed in the kitchen.
He wanted to go to a quieter place to work in peace and quiet. So he, left the house for the library. As soon as he arrived at the library he settled in a quiet corner to work but he fell asleep to the sweet sound of the ticking clock. Again, he dreamt about the Woody-Woodpecker pecking on the wall of the cartoon house and he woke up with a scream, "AAAAAAHHHHHH" and the librarian said, "SSSSSSHHHHHH", this is a library not a playground or a scream house". So he left for his secret mysterious hidden place, which is under the rock, but his son's name was on the ball. He picked it up and put it under the crack of the rock, then he fell asleep.
Once again he woke up in his sleep and he was disturbed by a knocking and hitting noise.
He saw that the rock was moving and so he ran through one of the tunnels closing the gate behind him. He ran and ran until he came to his other hiding spot. It was under the big old oak tree. In the oak tree there was an elevator to lift him to the top, where his tree house was. He sat up there watching what was happening. The animals were digging a den to hibernate in. He was safe and secure.
George woke up and it was all a dream. He said, "Now that's a story I can write about in my next book".
