As it states above, "yes, awards are part of the Internet, too". As I have quickly found out, awards are not only nice to receive, but serve another purpose--they are great advertisements for the sites that they represent. And the fancier, or more "intriguing" the award, the more people want to have it. And if it comes from a "popular" site, well, that's even more enticing.
I know this because as I stated on the main page of this site, the "Soose" site has received some very nice awards, AND "Soose" even has its own award that is given out called, what else? The Soose Award.
Well, now "Caught in the Net" has started to receive some awards, too. And so, the cycle begins again...
I would like to thank everyone who thought that their award should be "Caught in the Net". I appreciate it.
