What is Rotating Art?
Rotating Art is a program designed to bring art to the masses. Banks, libraries and other businesses sponsor our artists by allowing them to hang their work in their facility. Every month, sponsors show a new artist to their customers and patrons. Not only does this serve to bring art to the public, but to bring the public to the art. Through this program, artists are able to receive recognition and possible sales.
On January 14, 1998, BaCCA held it's Rotating Art Showcase for the 1998 season. Here artists displayed two representative examples of their work, so that sponsors could get an idea of the artist and their medium. Sponsors went to the artists and signed up for different months when they would like that particular artists work shown in their facility.
Our 1998 Rotating Art Show case was a SUCCESS! Click here to see some photos!
Does this program sound interesting to you? Would you like to become a Rotating Artist? How about becoming a sponsor? Please contact BaCCA at (516) 661-7558 to receive information about the 1999 season. Participation is highly rewarding!
