Mission impossible

I had the biggest, best intentions for the weekend, The house needed to be cleaned in a big way, my Brother Roy and his family are planning to come down next weekend. With the torrential rain, and children and a dog entering and exiting the house, the carpets have gotten pretty bad. With the kids indoors due to the weather, the house gets trashed in a big way.
I was going to work on my car.
We were going to go to church.
the list goes on.

Intentions quickly faded when Monica woke up with a screwed-up neck on Saturday.
Just about the only good thing that was accomplished was the Basketball game calvin and I attended Saturday night. We had such a great time yelling and cheering and trying to get autographs... it was one of those things I wish he and I could do more often.

Sunday morning: Monica's neck hurt worse and she spent nearly the whole day in bed. Katie decided to tear all of the clothes out of her dresser and closet, and she went nuts with a tube of lipstick. Feeding, cooking, bathing and laundry took up the rest of the time. Now I have five days to get the house strightened out after work.

Well, it's been eight weeks since Holly abandonned Cameron and Shelby. Mother of the year, that's what she is.

Full speed ahead.

Sleepless in Vancouver.
