For the Moment
Capture the love that flows through the air. Bathe in the goodness outweighing despair.

Drink from the fountain of friendship and joy. Inhale the essence that hate can't destroy.

Prepare for the future by loving today. Give kindness freely with no thought of pay.

Open the doorways that let other's feel. Release the passion you try to conceal.

Avoid thoughts of longing for something that's lost. Partake in the feelings that come without cost.

Spend every second as though it's your last. Life for the moment. Don't dwell in the past.
