tears of pain pouring from my eyes
like a spring storms rain
heavy is the air
as heavy is my heart
burdened with gray
hearts lost love
and souls lost half
together we were
but twasn’t to last
fears and distance
wedging us apart
my love for you is buried
deep with in my heart
never to be forgotten
never to be felt again
love’s one tragedy
brakes the heart
which will never be the same
nor never mend

dark and dreary nights I crave
while crawling through my lonely hearts maze
the sweet melody of your voice, that soothes my pain filled heart
who's comfort I will never know
anger and blackness
lightning and thunder
cool and dankness
all seeping into my heart
with out your love
with our yout joy
all that I am, shoved
into a black hole of nothingness
no sun in my day
no moon in my night
too tired, to drained
to put up a fight
so go away
and leave me be
let me sink into my nothingness
for all eternity

sands of time falling to the bottom of an hourglass
sunsets sinking into the land in a blaze of colors
signs of time slowly running out
signs of things coming to an end
rising brightness into the clouds
over the tree tops far up high
light swallows up the darkness
a new dawn, a new beginning
pathways to the future opening up
roads clearing, roads closing
on our way to tomorrow
surrounded in mystery our life a head

through the trees
while i fall heavily
to my knees
tears of pain
running down my cheeks
flowing hard enough
to fill a creek
loves light wings
brought you into my heart
then distance ripped you from there
tearing my soul apart
my emotions in tumoil
regestering only pain
the days of happy times
smuthered by the dreariness of the rain
memories of what was
drifting through my head
while I cry myself to sleep
in my cold empty bed.
