Geri Halliwell, a.k.a. Ginger Spice, is going to officially split from the other girls to persue a solo career.
The long-boiling problems came to a head this week, according to reports. Whilst most reports on this week's falling out are rumours, there are several facts about this situation. First, Ginger has skipped several Spice appearances, most notably the National Lottery and an actual concert. Secondly, there have been many confirmed reports of fall outs between Geri and the others since last November.
The BBC has reported Geri as saying, "I will never work with those women again". And with that, this site will officially end. Discussion and comments on this event can go into the guestbook. The site will be accessible as a monument of an era. Thanks for the laughs, etc.

phil hartman dies

This has nothing to do with the Spice Girls, but Phil Hartman was one of my absolute favourite comedians. A man with better timing could not be found, and NewsRadio was one of the best programmes on tv -- if not the best after the demise of Seinfeld. His death is so amazingly tragic, and I feel for his children. RIP Phil Hartman (1948 - 1998), thank you for all the very, very fond memories.
