 Jazz Musician Nick Webb Dead At 43

                    Nick Webb, a founding member of
                    Grammy-nominated contemporary
                    jazz group Acoustic Alchemy, died
                    yesterday in London of pancreatic
                    cancer. He was 43. At the time of his
                    death, Webb was working on the
                    group's 10th album, "Positive
                    Thinking," which is scheduled for a May release from GRP
                    Records.

                    Webb is survived by his wife, Kay, and a daughter,
                    Alexandra.
