Born in Lansing Mich.
He came here 24 years ago from Michigan.
He was a roofer for Damm Roffing, Port Richey.
Survivors include his wife, Donna;
two daughters, Rachel and Sarah, both of Hudson;
his mother, Pauline Fox, New Port Richey,
his father Ivan Seeley, Arizona;
a brother, six sisters, a step brother, and three stepsisters.

and Wayne Bettis of Panama City,
two sisters, Jan Bailie of New Port Richey
and Debbie Love of panama City,
and three brothers Philip Bettis of Panama City,
Todd Bettis of Jacksonville,
and Joey Carroll of Malvern, Ark.
