Are we too Busy?



      Do we as parents miss
      some of our most valueable chances
      given to us
      to reach out
      to our children?

      Do we let them pass us by?

      "Mum, Dad,
      please listen to me!"
      "You see,
      I am starting to become
      "ME"
      Please hear me out!"

      Many a time
      I listen to advice
      and I do want to become wise
      But often you brush me aside
      when I could use
      a guide

      Could you please help me
      to "communicate"
      Before it's too late?

      Please give me the time
      and listening ears
      to outgrow
      some of my "problems" and "fears"

      If we could form a bond as such
      I would like that
      very much
