Xena's Tribute to Gabrielle (poem)

This one was writen by my friend, Aashley, or what the rest of us like
to call her, Xe-Marcessa, I thought it was really good, tell me what
you guys think, maybee she'll listen to you, she won't listen to me.

Xena's Tribute to Gabrielle

Nothing can ever be the same
And I know that I'm to blame
The price I've paid
Is the friend I've lost
And all my heart feels is shame

The emptyness is torture
Now the tables they have turned
This has been a terrible lesson
Our friendship had to learn

You life is gone
Dear friend of mine
These days pass
Like years in time

We've lost and loved
We've loved and lost
We can't turn around
On this bridge we've crossed

No one can ever be the same as you
Joxer hasn't got a clue
He could never equal up to you. ( She doesn't like Joxer too much! She thinks he's a big goof. hence the word. )

You sacrificed your life for mine
The price you've paid is so devine
Even though your trully is gone
Your life has been a glorious song

You came into my life
If only for a short time
I will pray for thy
As my way of saying goodbye

Someday we'll be together again
It can't be that long now
I'll remember everything about you
