Inconsistencies..in Xena? Nah!

It's so funny to listen to people worrying about 'consistency' in story lines when
the writers have played total havoc with greek mythology and history. For instance did you know that:
Hercules is the ROMAN name for the son of Zeus? Heracles is his Greek
name.
Iolas was the son of Heracles twin brother Iphicles, hence Hercules'
(Heracles) nephew.
That the story of Ulysses was written about 750 BC (remember, he was one of Xena's boyfriends). Julius Caesar lived about 40 BC-only 700 years later.
Yep, that Xena gal got around. Neither she nor Gabrielle look a day over 2200.
