We need a real Villain!!!!!!!!!

*Gag* The thought of her makes me ill.

Xena needs a new foe! Hope gives us some hope!
(Oooo...bad pun). *Chuckle*

Callisto was good in the beginning, but now she's little more than
yesterday's news. She's a worn out, ineffective, has-been who can't
seem to do anything right without Hope's help! In fact, she hasn't
even got the desire to put up a fight anymore. Xena kicked her butt
in that cave (again) and she didn't even resist! Ares wiped up the
floor with her till she got some help from (you guessed it) Hope!

I say goodby and good-riddance if that's the best she can do. She's
a nut case with little or no imagination. The producers are right
when they say they've done all they can with her. She's so
one-diminsional and I can't imagine why anyone would want to know
more about her!

How about bringing a Male villain for a change! I don't mean those
weaklings like Draco or Ming. I mean a real villain that'll last more than a
couple of episodes. Ming Tien had others do most of his dirty work
for him, and even he didn't put up a fight when Xena pinned him to
that chair. *Yawn* Draco fell in love and we never heard from him
again. (Too bad! The guy had such potential)!
Caesar's got potential, but....we know what happens to him in
the end. His buddies get so sick of him that they poke enough holes
in him that he whistles when the wind blows! So no tension there.
Ares better get on the stick folks or he'll be out of a job soon! If
the writers would create someone like an Ares, yet still mortal,
someone who looked physically intimidating rather than
a smart-aleck like Caesar, (Who has others do "his" dirty work as well),
and talked the talk as well as walked the walk, they'd be onto
something!

What I'd like to see is the writers scrap all the clones of Herc and
Xena, grind that Psycho chick Callisto into the useless dust she is,
let Caeser destroy himself, and write in a good, solid
multi-diminsional male villain! (Better yet...a male hero).

Or is that too much of a threat to the show?
