ETAS..**How to Handle Trolls**

Troll:
someone on the forum who is being Cruel and Derogatory towards our
fellow Xenites, the actresses, other cast members and creators of the
show.

First ....Don't Respond. This gives the troll Power. By feeding,
the troll you make him/her/it Grow. Do not send it a message via a
thread or post new topic.

Second...post new Topic such as

....*ETAS Alert*......

Third....contact that email addy at the top of the screen gving the
trolls name...post title...and if possible copy it in your email message
and send it to netforum 'so-called patrol'.

Fourth...hopefully, if all this fails an Experienced Oldtimer will knock
that Troll right off the forum.
