Once again I've received an e-mail from Universal in reply to e-mails I sent them about the toll. I got a response from my e-mail asking them if they ever respond to our email.
Here's their response this time
Thank you for your multiple emails. We go through our feedback mailbox almost daily, and we are aware of the trolls and questionable postings. Our visitors are our top priority and we make every effort to keep up with the goings-on of not only our NetForums, but our whole site. As you can imagine, it is a gargantuan task!
Please understand we make every effort to keep the offensive and disruptive postings to an absolute minimum.
