DIPLOMATIC...HONEST...VOCAL...and UNDERSTANDING...

Well...now it's time to KICK BUTT!!...*G*

I have been talking to Universal regarding the
Previous Page option at the New Forum. I was
totally blown away when the head man in charge of
the New Forum told me.."The previous button is not
malfunctioning."

This New Forum has been online for 58 days now.
Universal has received I'm sure hundreds of e-mails
regarding what we dislike and need changed and here
the man in charge is telling me the previous page
button is working as it should be. Needless to say
I let him know otherwise. I honestly believe he
didn't know about the option only giving you a
*single* new post rather than the previous 20 posts
when you're accessing it from the *Last Page*.

I let him know this problem was *critical* to the
success of the New Forum. That if Users are not able
to access previous posts easily and quickly..interest
in the New Forum will die a quick death. His reply
to this was..."I'll look into your concerns."

Well...I have many concerns. One of them is getting
this problem fixed ASAP. I had told him I would
wait for a response from him before communicating
with the Users on this...but I changed my mind.
(I'm entitled..*G*) Time is of essence because this
place is scheduled to shut down at the end of this
month and she just might die right before out eyes...
prematurely. And honestly, the lack of respect I've
received...as a Forum User...has p*ssed me off. They
have NOT done their homework regarding the Users needs.

So...here's the deal! I'm asking you to e-mail the
following people and let them know the importance
of fixing the previous page option. I think it
would be best to only focus on this one issue in
your e-mail rather than throw in ALL the other things
that need attention. Reason: this one problem will
either make or break the New Forum...IMHO...*G*
