Mary Jane Watson-Parker-Making her first appearance in Amazing#25 Mary-Jane dated Harry Osborn while Peter was in collage. Mary-Jane broke up with Harry because of his drug problems(Amazing#96-#98,while Peter dated Gwen Stacy.It wasn't until Gwen's death(Amazing#122) that they became a couple.After a brief absence Mary-Jane reappered where Peter proposes(Amazing#290).They tie the knot in Amazing Annual#21.

Ben Reilley-His first appearance is in Amazing Spider-Man#149-151.He is the clone of Peter. They fought once thinking they both were the orginal. After losing he left New York and traveled the country.After hearing about Aunt May's death he returned and became the Scarlet Spider. He remained in this identity for awhile until Peter and Mary-Jane left then assumped the role of Spider-Man.He remained in this role until Peter returned and was killed by the Green Goblin in Peter Parker:Spider-Man#75.

J. Jonah Jameson- making his first appearance in Amazing Spider-man#1 JJJ is the editor of the Daily Bugle, a newspaper in New York City. He often writes editorials about Spiderman being a menace to New Yorkers,even though Spidey has saved him numerous times.

Black Cat-Felicia Hardy is the Black Cat, she appeared for the first time in Amazing Spider-Man#194. Beginning her life of crime out of respect for her cat-burgler father and to attract Spidey's attention. Her and Peter are close and she is aware of his secret identity. Her abilities started out natural, but after her brush with death in Spectacular#72 at the hands of The Owl and Doc Ock she turned to the Kingpin.Who's scientists gave her bad luck super-powers and started to jinx Spidey.Her and Spidey eventually broke up and Dr Strange removed her power.

Carnage-Appeared for the first time as Cletus Kasady in Amazing Spider-Man#224. #361 marks his first apperance as Carnage.While serving 11 life sentences in prison he was Eddie Brock's AKA Venom's cellmate.When the alein symbiote came to break Eddie out of jail, it left behind the child that bonded with Cletus turning him into Carnage.he then broke out of jail too,in a attempt to spread chaos.Spidey did fight him but lost,Spidey then enlisted Venom and the Fantastic Four and was able to capture him.

Otto Octavius-First apeared in Amazing#3 Otto was soon to become one of Spidey's longest running foes. Turned into Dr.Octopus when the tenticles he built fused to his body during a nuclear accident in his lab.The accident also gave him mental control over them allowing him to manipulate them like his normal arms.

Wilson Fisk-His first appearance was in Amazing Spider-Man #50. Although his real name wasn't revealed until Daredevil #170. He was first the dardevil's personal enemy as the Kingpin.He is a large man who gives the apperance of being over-weight, until you get close to see he is really all solid muscle.He was married and has a son,Richard Fisk,who appears in a couple of issues as "The Schemer" and later on as "The Rose". Spidey and him are very well matched opponents.

Curt Conners-First appeared in Amazing Spider-Man #6 as a surgeon who went to war.His arm was injured in a blast and had to be amputated.He experimented with reptilian biology and from the DNA of a reptile mixed a serum to grow his arm back. It worked but had one bad side effect he mutated into the Lizard.Spidey went to Florida with a cure for him,but turned out only to be successful for awhile.Stress would revert Conners back into the Lizard.

Morbius-Dr.Michael Morbius was a Nobel prize winning chemist.When he discovered he was dying of a blood disease he thought of a cure using vampire bats and electric shock therapy.It worked but, turned him into Morbius the Living Vampire.Unable to bear sunlight and a thirst for human blood he struggled between self-hatred and his desire to live.

Madame Web-Cassandra Webb possessed enormous clairvoyant powers,even as a child. Blind since birth,she used her psychic powers to compensate,and as an adult became a professional medium.But Cassandra developed a nervous system disorder and is now dependent on an immobile life-support system designed by her late husband.

Norman Osborn-The wealthy industrialist who pursued a life of crime as the Green Goblin. Years ago,the Goblin was presumed dead in a battle with Spidey that also took the life of Gwen Stacy. But recently Osborn has returned,having spent years running a criminal empire in Europe where he fled. Having come back to America, Osborn is determined to once again bring horror into the lives of Peter Parker and those he loves.
