DEEP IMPACT starring: Tea Leoni, Morgan Freeman

This was one of the best movies I have seen. When I went to see it I wasn't expecting to much so I was surprised. I thought it was really sad, I mean, I didn't even cry during Titanic, but I cried during this. It isn't just a "chick flick" or anything, it was really good. With the rumour that there is a comet that will hit earth YEARS from now this is the first of many movies or stories about earth's impending doom. Tea Leoni was better than I expected her to be. Usually the actors from TV which switch to movies really suck for at least their first couple tries. It was funny though, when the character in the movie played by Morgan Freeman announced that the second comet would hit in Canada, everyone in the theater laughed, Canada was actually mentioned in an American movie. One thing though, if Tea's character and her dad didn't decide to die at theor old house on the beach they would have both lived. Oh well, they had to make it more dramatic. It was also nice to have the movie focus on characters younger as well besides Tea's part. The guy who discovered the comet and his girlfriend were part of a good storyline as well. I could write about the movie but I don't want to spoil it for those of you who haven't seen it. Rank: 85/100

I am one of the few people in the world who didn't see Titanic millions of times, I am also one of the few people who can't enjoy the movie for the sole purpose of Mr.Dicrapio. The movie was hyped up to much and expectations were to high. I am glad the lady who played the older Rose is making a mockery of the movie in the Hanson music video. One of the many nitpicks I have about this movie is the fact the Leo looked to young in the part of Jack, Kate looked so much older as Rose. The Rose character was a shitty character. The best part in the movie was when they were dancing at the third-class party. Titanic wasn't very sad either, people were saying about how much they cried but I didn't even drop a tear and I'm a person who can cry over movies and novels often.Rating: 50/100

This is a great album. GBS is one of the best bands in the world. A person who is only into depressing music would HATE this CD. The best song is "THE NIGHT THAT PAT MURPHY DIED" this song is good but also hilarious if you pay attention to the words. THe other best songs are:WHEN I'M UP {I CAN'T GET DOWN}, ORDINARY DAY and IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD. Rank:92/100

You would enjoy this if you are a fan of the X-Files. If you don't enjoy the TV show you won't enjoy this movie. It was a good movie, but a lot like a storyline in X-Files that runs over a couple episodes. Don't get me wrong, a good stroyline, but still. Mulder and Scully came SOOOOOOOOOOOO close to actually kissing but she got stung by one of the EVIL bees and went into shock. Those two should just get together already. By the end everything was back to normal, X-Files were re-opened, and Mulder still believe everybody in the government is involved in the "Planned Armaggedon". Sorry if that ruins the movie for you, but did you actually think it would happen any other way. Rating:75/100

I can see why this movie was nominated for a whole bunch of Academy Awards. Robin Wiliiams definately deserved to win for Best Supporting Actor. It DEFINATELY deserved to Best Movie WAY more then Titanic did. Matt Damon was really good playing his character but so was Jack Nocholson in As Good As It Gets who won for Best Actor, I can't decide wo should have really won. Personally if I was the character Minnie Driver was playing {if it were real life} I would have used the favorite phrase that was used throughout the whole movie and told Matt Damons character to "Go fuck himself". He acted like a real bastard when she wanted him to move to California with her. This movie definately has a really crappy name, the guys name was Will Hunting! To me it sounds like when a parent says to a little kid "Good Boy!" That's just a minor little nitpick I have. Rating:88/100
