As being a sort of net "addict", I have both real life and net friends. Some people still have not "entered" the chat scene, or have had bad experiences because they don't know the chat lingo, or the chat rooms they went to were people who were less than friendly to people who weren't regulars. Well, I could teach you some chat etiquette, but why would I do that when I can direct you to a site that already has it all mapped out for you? My net friend NewYouz has a special page set aside just for chatting. Take a look at NewYouz's Do You Wanna Chat? section. This will help you learn "the new language."

The first place I started chatting was Jim & Bob's Internet Connection on their chat site-Webchat. This is a public "family-type" chathall. It doesn't accept HTML code, it's censored for profanity, people of all ages come here to chat. All in all, its a good group of people. However, like every chatroom, we have the occasional jerkoff. What usually happens, is when a dork of this nature shows up, all the regulars basically gang up on them until they get frustrated and leave. I like having the one on ones...basically I'm a stubborn B***H and that helps ward them off. Another place to go is CompuChat (affectionately known as CompuCrap by many of the JBIC regulars). I have to admit, I haven't been there for awhile, I am starting to go there again, but its another great chathall. This chathall does support HTML unlike JBIC, but the rules of profanity and such still apply. SOME of the JBIC regulars can be found here. Last but not least, is ICQ. You may have heard of it, and it is a great program. You have to download it. This program allows you to notify and be notified when you and your friends . are online. It also allows chat, messages, file transfers and other tid bits. My ICQ UIN (Universal Internet Number) is 9253096. Pop and say hello!

Aloha-Of course from her handle, you'd think she was in Hawaii. The truth is she just likes to fool herself because she's actually in the cold hard depths of Siberia, where she has made allies with the snow bunnies against the hunters who threaten to take over and destroy her snowflake farm. (?!?!?) Okay, so maybe she DOES live in Hawaii :oP However, nowadays Aloha seems to have a dual personality. There's sweet and funny (looking) Aloha, who is a pure pleasure to chat with...then, there's Nurse Cratchet. You see, not so long ago, Aloha found out that she was accepted into her nursing classes and stuff, that's when Nurse Cratchet started veering her rusty medical tools. She likes to attack you and practice what she's learned on the guinea pigs of JBIC. Here's a tip: She's not as rough if you "volunteer".

AMY-Amy is the type of girl (NO! not girl...WOMAN...I mean woman AMY really!) that you DO NOT want to piss off!!! (May I also add at this moment that she also has THE most BEEEEEEEEEEEEAUTIFUL green eyes that I have ever seen?!? *sigh*) AMY hasn't graced us with her presence too much lately as she seems to have turned into a work-a-holic. But she still protects us from the A**holes who deem it necessary to make everyone else's chat experience hell. Get to know her, get to "love" her...it is a GOOD thing to be on her good side.

Blotto-Here's a character you'll love. Blotto always comes off really friendly to everybody he meets. He'll welcome you to JBIC with open arms. Okay, okay...the truth is his sarcasm and humor are razor sharp, try not to get cut. *ouch!* Don't take what he says to heart. Do your best to dish it back out to him, that's how you gain his respect (or just throw a Chuck Taylor shoe at his head, that always works for me.)

Brick-Brick is one of our chat buds who isn't around all that often. So we cheer when we finally see him. He's a great guy with a heart of silver (i don't like gold, so it's silver :oP). If you ever catch him, you'll have a converstaion worth remembering.

Ciane-Ciane seems to be the bitter half of Addam. Addam and I have known eachother since 9th grade. We have long long, complicated and twisted relationship I can't even BEGIN to tell you about (because I'd run out of web space before I even got half way).

Cobra-If I remember correctly, Cobra is a 22 y/o (or is it 23 now?) Texan. I personally have not talked to him as much as I used to due to our new time difference, but he's a sweet gut all around. He likes to flirt, so ladies, watch out, he's one smoooooooth talker!

Dart-Dart cracks me up. He's like the lil' bro I never had (but no, I don't beat him up as one older sibling would do). Dart is a sweetie. He's been quite the busy bee so I haven't seen him as much as used to.

Edward-Eddie,Eddie,Eddie...Eddie is a teenage genius. He is now in his 3rd year at Yale and hopes to find a cure for the common cold. OH! Wait wrong person! Eddie is a 17 y/o going into his Senior (?) year of high school. As I've never seen what Eddie looks like, I can't really give my personal opinion or experience, but he MUST be hot! This guy has so many chicks flocking to him...online AND IRL (in real life).

Eddie, are you keeping a collection??? But he is a real sweetie, so I can see why he gets all of his attention.

MicroChip-2 words= COMPUTER GENIUS. Okay, maybe not genius, "person-who-knows-way-more-than-the-average-person-about-computers" Without Micro, you wouldn't be looking at my homepage right now because I suck at HTML...and...stuff. Micro is another huge flirt, so keep yer guard up girls! *wink* Micro, thanks for all of your help!

Merlin-Merlin...what can I say about Merlin? GQ, Playgirl....(ask to see his portfolio). He's a regular stud muffin. By golly he sure gets me going! *thumbs up* He's the kind of guy you want to grab on to.......and strangle. (kidding) This is another one of the "JBIC Sarcasm Crew." His sense of humor should be studied for its ability to actually hush a chatroom. Don't worry, he's a friendly individual when he's had his shots. :)

Merry-Merry and I have a special kind of relationship, it's this dual identity thing. I dunno, could it be because people CONSTANTLY get us mixed up?!? The plain spelling of out handles is totally different. I am M-E-R-I....SHE is M-E-R-R-Y. Yes, she's a sweetheart, but try and verify who is who before you start rambling on to one of us. :)

Meesh-Meesh is a character. At first, I thought that she was a snobby, stuck up.....so and so. Take the time to get to know her, its worth the hassle. (oh, and don't mind her whining about missing her Cyber-Honey) Sit down, offer her a Diet Pepsi and have a nice chat. Be good, or she'll bite.

NewYouz-NewYouz is a rejected circus sideshow. He has a habit of releasing bodily gases in public at extremely loud frequencies (whether they be oral or anal), he attacks female bellybuttons on whim, but if you ask him nicely, he'll do his special little dance for you. Newzie is a bit hard to follow at times and seems to have developed his own way of communicating with the outside world. He has his serious moments, but they don't seem to come around all that often. Protect your bellybutton and all should be fine.

Pats-(also known as PatC) I consider Pats as one of my closest net friends. She always seems to be there when you need someone to complain to or if you just need a shoulder to cry on. She is a true-blue animal lover. Pats often carries a gif of a cow...and I of Dot. Due to this, we often exchange flowers and a hay bale or two during our conversations.

Sabre-Watch out folks, this kitty DOES have her claws. Delightful to talk to, but watch out when she's had some catnip!!! (btw, this is Caveman's sweetie.)

Sarah-I talk to Sarah quite often, that is when she isn't lurking. Sarah-"Queen of the Lurkers" they call her. So if it seems that there is no one in JBIC, call out to Sarah, she might just be there.

Shoeboy-Although Shoeboy was becoming a regular in JBIC, he seems to have disappeared as of late. Named "Shoeboy" because of his wonderful talents in the shoe dept. of the store we worked in together (K-Crap) I donned his nametag with his special recognition.He reminds me of Beavis with better hair. *smile* COME BACK SHOEBOY!!! COME BACK!!!
Spasmo-this guy truly makes me laugh. Spaz is the type of guy who can make a joke out of just about everything. So be vary careful of how you phrase things while you're around him! This is Meesh's sweetie. (all in all, funny guy.)
StormQueen-Stormy is known as THE sweetheart of JBIC. EVERYBODY loves her and I personally don't know of any enemies that she may have. There is no one nicer than this young lady. We're about the same age (yet I act years younger ;oP). She loves Disney junk (Warner Bros. RULEZ!). I hold her in my highest regards.
Teddy-the sweetest bear you'll ever meet!!! Teddy was one of the first people I started talking to and he also bestowed upon me the honor of my first gif. Although I haven't seen tail nor stuffing from my squishy friend in awhile, I still consider him one of my dearest net friends.
Texas Clan-Ah yes, the Texas Clan. The Texas Clan consists of 3 family members. There's Texas SunShine, the mother (lovely lady), and her 2 daughters, Texas Sweetheart (I think she's about 17 now?) and Loves To Flirt (she's either 13 or 14). The one I seem to speak to on a regular basis nowadays is Loves To Flirt. She's a sweet, well-mannered young lady (as well her sister). Their mother has raised them well.
Traci-In the past couple of months, Traci has proven to be quite a lifesaver for me. These last 2 months were filled with confusion, saddness and a bitter look on life for me. Needless to say, I was in need of a friend to talk to. Traci was that dear friend. Traci, I know I have thanked you for all you have done for me, and i can never thank you enough or even begin to repay you for the hurt and confusion you've helped to start heal, but I'll thank you yet again. :) Thanks for everything.
Trayson-Tray is a 26 y/o accountant in the Washington/Oregon area. I am proud to say, that Trayson was my biggest (and second) cyber crush. (If you ever see a picture of him you'll know why....WOO-MA-MA!!!) He is affectionately known as "Crayon Dude" by me and me only. This is due to his array of crayon gifs. Trayson is a sweetie beyond belief!!! He has a unique sense of humor and likes calling at odd times during the day, but he's just too cute to get mad at! *wink*
Wanderer-Wandy...Wandy...Wandy...Wanderer is the ambassador to a small group of islands near Australia. Every month he visits them for a week. The natives see him as a sort of God-type figure because he dazzled them with his mobile phone (until the batteries wore out) and his lighter (until it ran out of fluid). The natives now think that he is dying and are now trying to revive him and his "powers". Okay, the truth now? Here:

Mr. Wanderer is a strange gentleman (and I use the term "gentleman" loosely.) I don't ever recall him putting up his handle (so its a good idea to learn IP's because a LOT of the regulars don't put up their handles.) Wandy is here in the UK along with me....Nottingham I think...and I plan on one day finally getting out there to meet him. *sheesh* Wandy has a tendency to REALLY embellish the truth to "wind you up" as they say it here. Be careful what you believe. I admit, I have my naive moments and Wandy has caught me way more than once.

Zebs-If I remember correctly, Zebs is a spiffy dude from Wales but now with us here in the States (poor guy *shaking head*). He's a great guy and he likes to be "cute" by saying my handle as "Mewi"...I won't say anymore because this is Traci's man and I value my life. May you two be very happy together.
