Old Regina

KICK IT OL' SKOOL!

Back in the day, I lived in Regina. To this day, it is still the city in which I have spend the longest time in - 7 years (I can't believe it either!). It's a pretty boring place, but it's not all that bad...well, except for the weather!

I've lost touch with most of my friends in Regina...I'll accept the responsiblity for that. Leaving Regina meant leaving Canada for Saudi Arabia, and it hurt pretty bad at the time. But I'm much better now!

Going from left to right there's Imo, Dan, Brent, Jason and me in the front looking like b-boys. I went to elementary school with Brent, Jason and Imo, and Dan was in my class in High School. This was taken in my Regina home on my 15th birthday. We ate ice-cream cake, played Off-Road on Nintendo, and watched Van Damme's Lionheart (it sucked!).

Campbell Collegiate...interesting high school. Two of my high school friends Jagan and Ryan came to Waterloo when I did. Jagan later switched to Memorial in St. John's, Newfoundland. Jason and Irene went to Queens. The rest I suspect went to U of Regina, or U of Saskatchewan.

I don't have their pictures but you can see their hompages...

Jagan "Hendrix Incarnate" Seshadri

Ryan Shillington

Jason "Warrior Bears" Ho

Boy, those days in Regina seem so distant now. Almost insignificant...but it's still pretty neat to see where we all ended up today.

Of course I did know more people in Regina but I don't have pictures of them. If you have pics that you'd like to see on this page then e-mail them to me at alwadi.geo@yahoo.com
