This is one wicked ass site!! I recommend it to everyone who does, has, or plans to design a web page. This is a great place to start for beginners and a good reference tool for the experienced web page designer. It contains over 50 tutorials, over 400 free graphics, and over 100 free Java Scripts. This page explains everything you need to know to have a wonderful web page in easy to understand language that doesn't make you feel like a dummy. There's also a scanning service available, as well as a service that will change your home videos into something you can display on your homepage! Webchat Broadcasting Systems (aka WBS) WBS is a great place to shoot the breeze. At times of high traffic some rooms attract up to 200 people, at other times you can find a nice room with only a few other people. There is a real sense of community at WBS. WBS has introduced Streaming Chat which is very fast and effortless, you don't have to keep hitting the send button or recieve button anymore. Instead a simple flick of the pinky to hit the enter key sends, and it recieves automatically. The only catch is you have to have Netscape 3.0 or Microsoft IE 3.0. There is also non-streaming chat and you have the choice of frames of non-frames there. WBS has rooms for all interests, and hobbies. There is a chat for Canadians, and Chinese people (among many other cultures and countries). They have chat rooms which focus bands, technology, parenting, as well as many other things. Such as rooms for teenagers, members of alcoholics anonymous, a big people chat, anime fans, etc. etc. ETC!! WBS sensors out most vulgar language. To some chatters that's an excellent thing and to others that's a bad thing. Overall WBS is a wonderful place to chat. I frequent the Hallway myself (using the handle "the Cherry Bomb").
